Bull City Votes is a long-standing grassroots, non-partisan, volunteer group of your neighbors here in Durham who work to educate and empower voters and, in coordination with Durham Drives, to drive them to the polls.

 

Our goal is simple -- we work to make sure that every Durham citizen who is eligible to vote can cast a vote that will count. And, we pay special attention to voters who historically are at a greater risk of being disenfranchised, including college students and people who rely on public transportation.

 

Our work to make voting accessible for all is even more critical this year with new voter ID requirements that are likely to place more Durhamites at risk of not being able to vote. Your support makes it possible for us to recruit and train canvassers and drivers, using the most effective evidence-based strategies to engage, educate and champion Durham voters.
